Shipping Policy

 

 

All items are usually kept in stock and shipped from one of our premises in Australia.

​Standard shipping is free to all areas of Australia however exclusions apply including: a minimum of $99 order, maximum of 4 wall chargers per order, items exceeding 25kg or anything requiring palletisation.

 

Express service is available for an extra cost

All items are typically dispatched within two business days of receiving the order. Please note some exceptions may apply to “special” or custom orders.

All orders are fully tracked and sent standard shipping .  It is the customer’s responsibility to track delivery of their item once notified of shipping details and arrange pickup or re-delivery with the courier where necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Customers who choose “authority to leave” or re-delivery to a different address do so at their own risk.  

Evolution cannot guarantee shipping times with any courier service and estimates may be subject to carrier delays.

Items returned to us by a carrier due to incorrect shipping details provided by customer will incur a re-delivery fee

Incorrect address details resulting in items Lost In Transit may incur a replacement fee.
