How many EV Chargers should I install within my property?

The amount of EVs depends on a number of factors, such as building code requirements, ESG criteria and green-star requirements. The Green Building Council of Australia grants a Green-star point for providing EV charging points in 5% of parking spaces and recommends that 25% of all spaces be equipped with EV charging infrastructure. This is a solid initial step to take. Additionally, we advocate for the installation of DC Rapid charging stations in communal parking areas for those in need of a swift recharge.
