The AC50 is an AC motor that operates at 72-108V. It can draw up to 650A producing up to 71 HP and 120 ft-lbs of torque. This kit works very well in a medium sized cars & lightweight vehicles. Features regenerative braking and idle function as well. At a modest 130 controller volts it makes a safer low voltage system that will give you lots of reliable EV miles.
 
This is largely the same kit we used in our Audi A3 Ev Electric Car conversion so we can certainly recommend based on personal experience.
